I think the photos are accurate, but trying to say every soldier with a beard is a sekrit Russian is a bit of a stretch. If so the Canadian forces are in trouble.

Even if the badge DOES mean he's a Russian military intelligence dude, that's must one dude, and he's intelligence, not special forces.  It makes sense to have a few of those there.  The rest of the photos Ukraine offers as proof is pretty much "Look!  Two people both wearing ski masks!  They must be the same person!"  The don't even bother to photoshop actual convincing evidence.  It's kind of pathetic.

There's no big deal. Russian Batman almost always has pedestrians "crashing" into the hood of his Batmobile at low speeds and demanding money from him. And on his time off he's frequently putting up youtube videos of himself and Robin doing insanely stupid and incredibly lethal stunts just for giggles.
