And why not?  A recently unskewed poll shows that he has the support of 114% of Americans, including 99.9% of Democrats.  More than 9 out of 10 binders full of women back him.

Run, Mitt, run!

Until then he'll just stand in his living room staring at a fixed point on the wall and humming at a low frequency.

Mormon prophecy states that a Mormon will one day save the constitution from destruction.  Though he's stated otherwise I wouldn't be surprised if Mitt thought he was the "White Horse".

Obama showed alot of class running against Romney.  Don't expect the same level of class from Hillary.  Plus, Hillary released her taxes at least as fark back as 2000 so that isn't going away and now we know who leaked the fact that Romney paid no taxes for 10 years to Reid.

The fact that a) he'll say something in a AM press conference about the Afghanistan withdrawal, criticizing the President; then b) completely do a 180 during the 3rd debate, agreeing with the President, should disqualify him from running for any public office until he dies.

What a joke. He only got like 47% of the people to vote for him. Despite being a member of weirdo religion, a ruthless venture capitalist, and lacking any human emotion, he got just under half the votes, so why would he run again? He obviously has no chance, haha what a dummy.

Now, if there was someone who couldn't even get their party's nomination or more specifically completely blew their party's nomination despite having every possible political connection and advantage over their unknown challenger, were to run that would be a good move, obviously. But this guy, no way he should run again despite coming relatively close to winning because I don't like him.

Has anyone actually done that, in the last 100 years?

I mean run in the general election for a major party, then try again?  I know it's typical to make multiple PRIMARY runs, but past that...?

Let's face it, a comatose person could get 47% of the vote. Having that R next to his name got him 47% of the vote, he was a poor candidate.

against a "complete failure" who was presiding over an unemployment rate of 2,000 percent? and romney STILL couldn't beat him?

Yeah, whew.  It was close.  Neck and neck.  If only Florida, Ohio, Virginia, Colorado and a few others had gone the other way, you'd be looking at President Barack Obama.

Also, I can't imagine that losing a presidential election is going to help anyone in primaries.

Interestingly, John Kerry got 48.3% of the vote in 2004. I'm not sure why he didn't run again in 2008 since, according to your logic, he probably would have won. It's almost as though the Democratic Party sucks at knowing how to win the Oval Office.

I thought the 47% voted for Obama.

From the article, Romney notes that he may just take the party elder position and help unify the Republicans.

This from the man who couldn't run a campaign.

Yeah.....no thanks.  Good to see the people with the money are retarded enough to think that everybody has forgotten enough about Dubya for Jeb to be a good choice.

The Electoral College, you've heard of it, right? Try 38% and then tell me how close he was
