The whole affair is sad and cheesy. Kind of like a lot of the modern religion stuff like superchurches and big screens with "worship bands" and other ridiculous trappings.

This, though really did make me laugh: "So on this Easter Sunday, in an amusement park stadium celebrating a Christian holiday with the parents of a celebrity athlete, the holy trinity of American culture came together: religion, sports and entertainment.

"Jesus, Tebow and Shamu."

I'm just not sure if I'm laughing because, as an American, this is embarrassingly true or if it is just a funny turn of phrase.

Alas, there came a day when humans stop believing in fairy tales and looked to Science for answers. Gone were the myths and...and...sorry I cannot stop laughing.

FTFA:   it was a little disappointing that Tim Tebow never materialized.

I can't help but laugh that a group that has been waiting 2,000 years for some guy to show up was left waiting for their new messiah to show up, and he didn't.

Tebow should pray for the ability to throw a spiral

OK.   Now I want to boycott them, too.
