Obviously, Singer had Nightcrawler BAMF him to Hawaii on the downlow to molest people.

It's one of the perks of working with the X-Men.

The defense is strong for this one. Polanski was already out of the country at this point. My, how times have changed.

If this turns out to be true, Singer should get to cornhole that guy while wearing Magneto's helmet.

The lawsuit was filed under a Hawaii law that temporarily suspends the statute of limitations in sex abuse cases.

I wondered why the lawsuit was filed in Hawaii when Egan claims he was abused in Encino.

That's a puzzlement.

TFA that I read a few days ago said Egan began going to these parties when he was 15 and kept going back for more abuse and chances for Hollywood roles. Now he's in AA, or somesuch program, is broke from years of substance abuse and realizes he is a victim.
F*ck him, no sympathy.

I read the Jodi Aras ramblings about Sheriff Joe and Nancy Grace and thought "No farking way".

Then I read this and think "Yeah, that's because the lawyers and cops erased all the records."

So, if you want me hooked on conspiracy theories, involve the law.

Still doesn't mean that Bryan Singer shouldn't be flayed alive for being a piece of shiat. The twink who cried wolf isn't helping, though.

I wondered how after Singer forced this guy into a botched underwater blowjob, Singer had the strength to yank him out and forcibly sodomize him. Singer doesn't exactly strike me as a strong guy. Was SInger Gamma irradiated? Also if his claims are true, this is rape not molestation, right?

This guy reported it to police, FBI refused to investigate....

Anyone corroborating this...will not be good for Singer

FloridaFarkTag:The mansion where the molestation happened... the owner later was convicted of child rape

Allegedly.  The mansion where Egan CLAIMS Singer molested him is owned by a guy who has been convicted for child molestation.  What better place to say it all happened than in the home of a guy who is already convicted?

I'm not sure about this.  But so far, everything I've seen (not a lot) points to Egan perhaps not being entirely honest.

The producer who was essentially Egan's pimp owned a house in Hawaii which is where some of the abuse is claimed to have taken place.

The FBI did investigate, that's what lead to the owner/producer's conviction of not just child rape, but also transporting a minor over state lines for the purpose of sex. Also, Singer wasn't included in Egan's first lawsuit back in 2000 over all of this.

Not white knighting Singer (Y chromosomes are a sexual turn off for me), just looking at the overall case history and getting the distinct odor of BS coming off this lawsuit.

When you don't believe an abuse victim, you're perpetuating the abuse. . . or something.

So this is like that South Park episode with Indiana Jones?

And when you claim abuse that didn't happen, you make it that much harder for people who really were abused to be taken seriously.

so we should instead take the accuser at their word?

I mean, I get the idea that we should create an environment that would make victims feel safer for coming forward, but I don't think the correct response is to immediately assume the accused is guilty.

FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said that she was limited in commenting on any litigation and that the FBI "does not comment on information provided to agents about alleged crimes unless the claims become a matter of public record."

"However, the suggestion that the FBI ignored evidence involving the sexual victimization of a child is ludicrous," she added. "The FBI vigorously pursues all allegations involving the sexual abuse of minors and pursues prosecution when evidence of such crimes is brought to its attention."
