dietbubba: Well crap. That didn't take long
Princip's Sandwich: dietbubba: Citeh fans had a banner saying Don't Sack MoyesI'm looking forward to seeing it.
ADubs86: Well this game's over.
SmackLT: ADubs86: Well this game's over. Not so much that WBA looks so bad, but that City looks like they've spent all week drilling. This game looks like a passing drill.
SigmaAlgebra: City's badge always cracks me up. Adding a star for every league title as if it was the World Cup is just so small time. In most every other country, a club has to win 5-10 league titles before it can put a star on its crest, but I guess City is too massive for that.
eagles95: Chicarito, there's a guy that needs a change of scenery and I HATE him. Has he done anything since coming over to ManU?
czetie: Utd have plenty of players who can hold (Cleverly, Fletcher, Carrick come immediately to mind). They lack players who can pick the ball up in midfield and run with it at their feet. And for the record, I don't think Welbeck and Chicharito are similar players, but I do think they play in the same spaces and mostly go after the same opportunities, the loose balls and second chances around the six yard box.
689908: So now you think Cleverley should be in the team?
czetie: 689908: So now you think Cleverley should be in the team? ...If you're just going to keep making up stuff that I didn't say, there's no point in trying to talk to you.So, we're done here. And for the record, I don't think I've ever said that of anybody in the soccer threads before.
midpoint: In important domestic news, I made quesadillas and they were lovely. Nom. Nom. Nom.
LucklessWonder: midpoint: In important domestic news, I made quesadillas and they were lovely. Nom. Nom. Nom.I had sauteed chicken and organic sweet peas in a curry yogurt sauce on a bed of spring mix.
ADubs86: And here's the first article, thought the headline says he's going to be sacked, and the article says he's facing the sack. Take that how you wish.
sephjnr: ADubs86: And here's the first article, thought the headline says he's going to be sacked, and the article says he's facing the sack. Take that how you wish.Is he going to be replaced by a llama?
HaywoodJablonski: socalnewwaver: HaywoodJablonski: Giggs is the odds-on favorite to be the next permanent manager. I find that very hard to believe.this is the same group which picked moyes, you know that, right?Sure, but at least Moyes had a track record of coaching in the EPL.
Killer Cars: Man, that Tom Cleverley sure is a dick. Disappointing season, goes out and gets sh*tfaced after the Bayern loss, AND is partly the subject of two United fans arguing with one another in this thread.
czetie: Personally, I don't blame him for the drinking. After having to play Bayern with that setup, I would have gone out and gotten shiatfaced too. Heck, I only watched the game and I wanted to get shiatfaced.

Heck, I only watched the game and I wanted to get shiatfaced.Oh, I don't care either way. It was just funny skimming the rest of the thread and seeing that, out of nowhere, what may or may not have been said about Tom Cleverley in the past is apparently really important and must be settled.I kinda want to pick a fight with a fellow Liverpool fan over Lucas Leiva just to even the ridiculousness out.
Purple_Jack: That's Moyes officially gone.http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27107795
ADubs86: Purple_Jack: That's Moyes officially gone.http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27107795Came in here to post this.Seems all of those reports yesterday saying he was going to get sacked imminently were correct. Ryan Giggs to take over as interim.
czetie: Well, if you consider me saying "he's a holding midfielder" and somebody else saying "so you want Cleverley in the team? what kind of idiot are you?" to be an argument, as opposed to, say, somebody talking completely at cross-purposes because he'd rather score a point than have a conversation, then...
czetie: there's no point in trying to talk to you.So, we're done here.
czetie: he'd rather score a point than have a conversation
