Edward Wayne Edwards

Well, his middle name's Wayne, so the story checks out...

/also, wasn't Chandra Levy's killer convicted? Ingmar Guandique?

It was Obama, correct? They are all part of the Obama Body Count.

He says there are nine people currently serving time for murders committed by this person and that they should all be released.

I'm pretty sure these two were solved a while ago.

This guy needs a PR agent, he's doing it all wrong. Wild murder conspiracy that -doesn't- conclude Obama did it? That's not fashionable at all right now!

And maybe one who was wrongly convicted... Where was Edward Wayne Edwards on the evening of June 12, 1994? 875 S. Bundy Drive, Brentwood, Los Angeles? Was OJ really innocent?

Bathia_Mapes: Paris1127: Well, his middle name's Wayne, so the story checks out...

Giving him a first name similar to his surname probably didn't help things...

Unless, of course, he tells us.

Yeah, seems science-y enough. Let me start with a premise and back fill data in to make it fit.

Nothing new about some killers killing for decades and getting away with it.

The Kingsbury Torso Killer probably hacked people to pieces for 30 years or more. All over the country because he would ride the trains. And the authorities most likely knew who he was and couldn't do anything about it because he was related to a powerful Ohio family.

The Black Dahlia might have been one of his.

TFA: "Tracing his life, Edward Edwards has been placed (within days) in US cities where unsolved murders have occurred"

If you've traveled to any large US city, you're likely to have been there within days of a murder that will go unsolved.

/ the rate of unsolved murders in the US is distressingly high

From wikipedia:

Police sergeant John Cameron, most famous for his work on the  case, has raised questions about Edwards' possible involvement in the deaths of Patricia Kalitzke and Lloyd Duane Bogle in Great Falls on January 2, 1956. Cameron worked in Deer Lodge Prison in 2010 and befriended Edwards after tying him to the 1956 murder. Cameron has publicly stated that he believes Edwards was the real . Cameron spent 2010-13 investigating Edwards' life and has tied him to the, the  case, the murder of , the May 1, 2001 killing of , the November 1, 2001 killing of Editor Kent Heitholt in , and the perpetrator of the . Cameron will be releasing a book titled, It's ME!, Edward Wayne Edwards, The Serial Killer You NEVER Heard Of in June 2014. The book will detail the investigation Cameron completed and the evidence against Edwards.

Gee, I wonder who wrote that paragraph...

The best part is that this killer committed all his heinous crimes while in a Bigfoot costume.  Solves that mystery too I suppose.

It must be boring to be a detective in Great Falls.

My cousin was a Vallejo CA cop and one of the first responders to a Zodiac crime scene.  He became a bit obsessed with the case and has spoken to numerous journalists over the years about the case.  He had a theory who the guy was, and it wasn't this guy.

Seems to me the bigger issue is that if this idiot was actually a cop at some point, his judgement is so terrible that any case he worked and testified in can now be called into question, overturning those convictions.

Way to go sparky. No donut for you.

Ahhh, the case that undid Eliot Ness. They made death masks of a couple of the victims they couldn't identify ... and put them on display at the Great Lakes Exposition! (They're now at the Cleveland Police Museum.)

I don't remember, it may have been, but I understand that evidence exonerating him was found at some point. I know it wasn't some dude in Montana though. My uncle has Alzheimer's now so it wouldn't be productive to ask.
