NOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo, they were the only big rock group I've yet to see :( I really wanted to see them when they next toured.

That sucks. What a way for such a good band to come to an end.

I'm sick and tired of people saying that we put out 11 albums that sound exactly the same. In fact, we've put out 12 albums that sound exactly the same. - Angus Young

AC/DC is a one trick pony.  But it's a really, really good trick.

Yep.  One of my friends said that they just had one song that they kept re-working.  I LIKE that song dammit!

So, should we expect another recession next year or not?

More of a followup if you ask me.

"AC/DC won't continue playing and recording without Malcolm. It can't be done."

Is there a guitarist in the house that knows the A, E, D, and G chords?

"We've made the same bloody album 16 times."  Yeah, they knew it... but it was still good.

The lead singer of ACDC has one of those voices that cuts right through me, and not in a good way.  Like Neil Young and that dude that sings "Let Her Go".

The singer sounds like one of the Monty Python pepper pots these days, but I'll still miss new releases from the band.

I agree, seems more of a follow-up. The article lower doesn't explain why they were calling it quits. This one says because of a stroke.

Damn shame. Without Malcolm that band isn't what it is. That rhythm section allows Angus to rip it up.

Glad I got to see them on the Black Ice tour.

During The Jack they put my ex-girlfriend up on the screen. She was actually positive for an STD (curable thank god for me). I like to think AC/DC was trying to send me a sign...even though they do that at every concert.

End CSB

Is this still unsubstantiated rumor?  Because all of these links are questionable to say the least.

Not playing .012 gauge strings.

My bet is he gets a touring replacement and continues to write and manage.
