I believed every second of it until they insinuated that Lindsay Lohan and Kat Dennings wore the same size dress.

Further proof that suckiness attracts suckiness.

And until Dennings actually shows 'em on the show, her massive hooters do not make it worth it.

I sure wish that show was watchable.  Kat Dennings is one of my fav's.

Her hooters are out on the internet but it is going to be a long time before we see tittays on network TV.

Ugh. I was morbidly curious (since I am watching her tragic OWN docu-series) and I watched the episode. I'd never seen the sitcom before. Lindsay was atrocious. Awful. She could not open her mouth to get lines out and the ones she got out were flat and sounded like she was reading right off a cue card. Linds was supposed to play a crazy person and she knows that role well - so I was surprised that she'd mess it up so much. Flo from Progressive (the wedding planner) was a billion times better.

I didn't realize that was Flo!!!

I've seen the show before and like it for its "mindless entertainment" value. I agree with your review. Lindsey was wooden, speaking as if her lines stood alone, as opposed to conversing. It was lucky for viewers that part of her role was us just hearing her on the phone.

Lindsay, I bid you no ill will, but at this point in your life, you need to just think about settling down with some guy, punching out a couple of kids and trying to have a normal life. Really, acting has never been your forte and your tits alone are not enough of a draw to warrant a career in show business. So you might as well put those tits to use as they were originally intended to be used. Feeding some lucky baby.

Is it wrong that I'd love to see Flo from Progressive in her full Flo outfit give Lindsay a spanking?

Mr. Coffee Nerves: Fun Fact: Nearly 18% of America's total energy generation goes toward powering the Laugh Track machine on Two Broke Girls

You know, I had never watched the show until a few weeks ago when I decided to check out an episode because Kat Dennings boobs. Kat's character and her boyfriend, whose family is apparently rich as fark, went to meet his parents and wacky shenanigans ensued. The show has potential, but dear gods they overuse the laugh track on that show. It was like every other sentence the actors had to pause and wait for the laugh track despite the fact that whatever was being said wasn't at all funny, or even a joke. There were a couple funny moments, but they were watered down due to laugh track abuse.

They should just change the name of the show to "Kat Denning's Rack", fire the rest of the staff and just have the camera focus on her boobs. Ratings would go through the roof.

That show is so terribly written and poorly acted, it would take a wild scissor-fest between Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs to make it even remotely watchable.

It got worse? I saw one of the first few episodes and thought it was Allen Gregory-levels of terrible. I'd feel bad for Kat Dennings if it wasn't inexplicably doing so well in ratings.

I don't see how anyone stands that, at all.  When we first met, my husband couldn't figure out my TV preferences.  I watch dramas, reality TV, British comedies, wry comedies, nature documentaries, ESPN, HBO series with lots of body parts aflap, sci fi, MTV2/VH1 shows...In other words, I only watch shows that don't have a laugh track.  Something about the audience showing me where to laugh drives me insane.  I couldn't even make it through a single episode of Blackadder thanks to this.

Has anyone ever considered releasing half-hour comedy shows in DVD form with the sound but without a laugh track?  I'd buy that.

Don't buy many sitcoms, but M*A*S*H was that way in its DVD release. Even the old and funny ones are much better without the laugh track.

It's no surprise that my two favorite sitcoms of the last decade (Breaking In and Brooklyn NIne NIne) don't have laugh tracks or a "studio audience."  Whoever invented the laugh track should have a place in the "special" hell.
