Ambivalence: cats get high on a regular basis.
Ambivalence: Subby has obviously never heard of catnip. cats get high on a regular basis.
darkjezter: I have a friend who owns a bobcat. She gave it some catnip once thinking it would have the same effect it does on a regular house cat. Nope: turns out that catnip makes bobcats aggressive. It spent the next couple of hours growling and trying to fight everything./CSB
harrydorcas: What do dogs and cats do when they are on pot? Do they act like rabid mammals?
Old Man Winter: Wish my neighbor would give his dog something. Bastard is way too hyper and clever-a super annoying combo. Be nice to mellow him out and drop that iq a bit.
Frederick: Ambivalence: cats get high on a regular basis.Yep. A lot of the animals have figured out how to get high. Not uncommon at all to hear of something getting into apples that have fermented, for example.

Though I think she prefers to just have a swig of cider from others who are drinking it. I wasn't familiar with that kind of drink myself and don't know much about the different brands, but my friends all talk about how she's always glad to have some of their Dickson cider.
Jim_Callahan: Apparently, I'm too 'nipped out to spell "weed". Dat grey mouse-toy, maaaaan.
nulluspixiusdemonica: Teh DRUGS ARE EVUL!Never mind the catnip. Our Dachshund regularly seeks out, traps and licks frogs... for hours...Foams like a rabid turtle, but boy does he trip... and just try and take it away from him....tl;dr: Like, whatever, maaan...
Jim_Callahan: Not that complicated:Animal taking animal drugs (catnip, etc) -- sure, I guess, whatever.Animal taking human drugs (alcohol, week, cocaine) -- no. Stop. Why would you even think that is OK?// Seriously, if you're not going to take basic care of your pet just don't get a pet. Not that complicated.
DownDaRiver: New hotness?Please Subby
The Goddamn Batman: You have to be a complete blithering f*cking idiot for your pet to get into your stash.
rockrobster: my wife's dog ate an entire bag of weed back in her college days. bloodshot eyes, could barely move, panted, drooled.the dog, not my wife.well, maybe the wife too. who knows, i wasn't there.anyway, my wife panicked, called poison control. they basically told her to wait it out.everybody was fine by the next day. doggie's still around, she is 15 years old now. my wife learned to keep her weed in a drawer.there. i just pitched a great story to an after school special, complete with lesson at the end. think of all the purina and cheetos commercials we can sell!
