About 12 years back, when I still used one of the old file sharing services, I accidently found a weird cover of 'Iron Man' that he did.. the Black Sabbath song..

That sounds like it was edited slightly.. the MP3 version I had, might still have, has the recognizable 'Iron Man' riff for the chorus, but the guy who made that video screwed it up.

Monster Mack is probably his best tune, actually.

He should do an orchestral arrangement of Put'm on the Glass.

Jagger is still relevant because he has at least an ounce of actual talent.

Why not?  1000 years from now, it will be considered classical music.

I remember a Star Trek novel that mentioned Devo in a classical music course.  And another show, perhaps Red Dwarf, that mentioned Motorhead..

He did an interview recently where he admitted to never liking that song, and that it was an attempt at a cash grab. I think he might have been pressured into it.

Sounds like  subby thinks "Gabriel Prokofiev" is the same Prokofiev who composed "Peter and the Wolf" and "Alexander Nevsky", and who died 10 years before Sir Mix-A-Lot was born.

Listen to the classics, like Mozart or Mendelssohn or Motorhead.

I still say that Metallica will rise to similar levels.  Maybe not the later stuff, but just about everybody covers their early works, in all manner of different forms.  Rather like Black Sabbath, really.

Motorhead is a lot like AC/DC.  It all pretty much sounds the same and musically doesn't say much interesting other than being something good to rock out to.
