They should make them for profit industries and incarcerate numerous people on bs charges like the States do.

Outsource, or just look at the financial sector.

Listen I have looked at this from the one side and from the other side. The one side of this is that the prisons have the undercrowding and that is the okay thing. The other side of this is that the prisons have the undercrowding and that is not the okay thing. Let us do the consideration of the one side and then of the other side and determine which side after having judgment is the side which has correction.

The first side of thisthen says that the undercrowding is the okay thing. Perhaps the extra space of the area of this could be used to play the paint ball because listen one day I had the date with the boy who had much cuteness and he took me to do the playing of the paintball because I believe this caused to he the exhilaration.  So perhaps what could be done is to take the conversion of the guards who do not have the thing to do and to provide to them the new job as the coordinator of prison paintball where you can go do the paintball playing any time you wish while the prisoners sometimes can even act as the paintball targets for the fun times for everyone having involvement. Alternatively they could just like fire some of the guards and downsize.

The other side of thisis HELLO DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM HERE AND THE SOLUTION? Listen let me say to you that I think from this side it is that the undercrowding is the bad thing and something must have the completion to make this better. If you consider the article of this it does the stating in the completely random inclusion having not much of doing with the Dutch Country of Pennsylvania about the jails in the University of Kentucky having the overcrowding. Perhaps they could make the deal for the housing of the prisoners there as the exchange. Listen once I was the person on the date with the cheap person. He said to me LET US GO DUTCH. I had excitement because I thought this was the sexing position but no it was not this. Instead he had meaning that we each pay the way of us on the date. WT THE F I can get thousands of the boys who do the paying for me. So how does this have relation to the story? The two countries could go Dutchness. You see the Dutch people can do the paying for the prisoners from the country of they. The individuals who have Britishness could pay for the people of they but to use the prisons. This would then fix the problems having the facement. Tickle tickle in the prison do not wait for the curtain.

So what has the saying of you the Fark.com? I do not know which is the right side of this and cannot be the judge of this but wish for the opinions of you. Perhaps as the unit of collection we can do the solving of the problem of this. If not then perhaps we can all have agreement on something else. LAUGHTER OL no this will not happen but let us try for the consensualness on the issue of this.

Thank you and I hope to you that you have the most wonderful of the days. You are the friends of me.

A report in Britain last year, meanwhile, showed that close to a quarter of all prisoners in England and Wales
The Howard League for Penal Reform said figures showed about 19,140 inmates on average were made to share a cell designed for one person.

That has to be one huge cell.

All they need to do is institute drug prohibition. Look how well it's worked in the US for boosting crime.

They need more people for their prisons, Could we send them our congress? We could throw in a few bankers as well and at least five members of our Supreme Court.

Rent out the open cells to schools? Better than Scared Straight I'd wager.

Indeed.

The prisons wouldn't be undercrowded if the police did their job. About 2% of crimes get solved now and too many criminals get off light (community service).

Privatize the prisons.  The corrections industry lobbiests will take care of the rest.

/it works in the U.S.

Shoot, we ought to exile most of our criminals. Send them off with one-way tickets and $1,000 in local currency to places that aren't too fond of us - or just parachute them in at night. Why outsource when cheaper solutions exist, especially solutions that mess with people at the same time?

Yes. Doing the mistreatment of individuals is such the American thing of doing.

That's a very nice "crisis" to have-- so long as their crime rates look reasonable.

As for the complaint of prison sentences being too short, well, the "correct" prison term length is (or at least SHOULD BE) a complicated issue involving the individual being incarcerated, crime statistics, recidivism rates, sociology, psychiatry, and philosophy. Nowhere in that formula should be "We have too many open prison cells."

Of course, we in America generally let the "Tough on crime" politicians pull a (generally too large) number out of their asses.

A free society should be locking up only the barest number of people.

More laws = more criminals = more prisoners = more jerbs

I swear I gotta do everything around this planet. Off to Ukraine to set up a Thunderdome. Putin for the Russians and the Ukrainians pick their man. Choose widely, Ukraine. Two men enter, one man leaves. Winner takes all.

I don't think anyone is suggesting that. The crisis seems to be how many prisons to close and how many jobs get cut.

Albania, just import Albanians.  If there still have room left over after that, they can work their way through the rest of the Balkans.

Easy solution: More Moroccans. More more more!

Sounds like their drug war is failing!

How horrible. It's almost as if the criminal justice sector should focus on preventing crime rather than incarcerating criminals.

I'm just going to go on a good diet and healthy lifestyle but attempt to contract physical ailments at the same time. It's all about balance.

What, haven't they found enough Scottish football fans to kick the shiat out of, arrest for assaulting the police then convict in their kangaroo courts yet?

Why don't they just build smaller prisons?
