What the, I missed this... Oderus is DEAD?  Why, Gor Gor, why?

Who will perform the vital services they performed now, like disemboweling Paris Hilton on-stage?

Where will the feared Cuttlefish of Cthulhu live now?

Now I'm crying multi-colored tears at 20+psi, from multiple orifices

I was touched by Dave... and it was worse than anything Michael Jackson could have done.

/R.I.P. Brockie Wharghoul is a brutal book. So buy it now.

You know the old saying, "Heaven doesn't want him and Hell is afraid he'll take over"?

Never has that saying been more true than for Oderus Urungus

That can't be GWAR.

They look sort of normal.  I've never seen GWAR out of costume.  I also had no idea there were so many people in GWAR.  7 in the video, plus the one who passed away?  8 people?  Or are a couple of them roadies/sound techs or something?

I saw Gwar a week after Jerry Garcia died.

They already had his corpse on the stage.

Amazing show. The Meatmen opened.

there is also the keyboard player that is usually plugged in at the soundboard...

Pete Lee was the first lead guitar, he's the one that got shot in the gut in DC... then Cory Smoot, pulminary arithmia...
Chris Bopst was the first bass player, Mike bishop the first beefcake, then Kacy Orr

Brad and Mike also play in the paramilitary themed Hardcore band Bloody crackdown that's fronted with former slave Danny Black

Now that might actually generate more controversy than Arthur Ashe.

I wish to subscribe to your newsletter, sir.

Nah. Considering they didn't show up when someone as harmless as Blake Shelton called them out, I wouldn't bet on it.

I am going to try to go down there, and I most likely will. If someone does try to make it a Fark Party. I will be there for sure then.

RIP Oderus.

Dave Brockie was one my favorite contemporary artists. I loved the use of color and line drawing he did with drawings. They were disturbing, funny, and beautiful all at the same time. Just like he was.

I hope they continue Gwar, and get Devin Townsend to take care of the Cuttlefish, and be Oderus' inbred cousin.
