Only one case of it happening? Get in line. Here in NC we love coal ash and raw sewage in our main drinking water. It is how we roll. Pennsylvania should too and get with the dumping. How else is someone supposed to make a quick buck?

Not good, but 12,000 gallons is ankle deep in my basement. Again, they screwed up, but it's not that much.
