But on a more serious note: pretty dick move of McDs to pull out in the first place. I'd assume the people in the Ukraine are losing their minds building shelters for the inevitable war. Can't imagine the grocery stores are very well stocked. Being able to grab some cheap fast food would probably be really good for the people, who are just caught up in a political shiatstorm.

Rapmaster2000: Good.  Nothing would punish these people more than feeding them the limp dick excuse that Burger King calls fries.

And what the hell is up with that anyway?  To my recollection BK has made three attempts in my lifetime to at least be as good as the fries at McD's and they've always failed.  Why is it so hard to mimic a McDonald's fry?  Is there some secret fry technology that BK just cannot master?  Are they puzzled by the potato matrix?

As for the rest of the menu... fark it.  Burger King has become America's least essential fast food chain.  Everyone can think of a fast food place they'd rather go to than BK.

You must be young then.

I remember around the time Toy Story came out, BK had been voted the best fries in the country. At some point since then with the whole ban trans fats thing, they messed them up and McDs took the lead.
