Who does this appeal to?

I'd just like to see a sequel to Notorious, with as many of the same actors as possible, but telling the story of Tupac.

People who like both hip-hop and Broadway musicals. In other words, no one.

The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of NiggyTardust was a good album but this just seems like it's going to be weird.

I don't know, I'd kind of like to hear an operatic, orchestral version of "hit 'em up" with classically-trained singers. That would be interesting.

The weird thing is the only people I knew of that liked Tupac back in the 90s were teenage girls.   Seriously, why is he a thing?

First thing I thought of was, "Saul Williams looks nothing like Tupac."

Second thing I thought of was, "His skin tone isn't even right."

Third thing I thought of was, "Who am I kidding...White people don't care about all that."

Tupac was huge with the ladies.  I think it was because he was good looking or maybe he had some predictable bad boy thing going on.  Teenage girls love that kind of bad boy.

There was a girl in my unit when I was stationed in GA and we were in the field when Tupace got shot. She basically went into shock and wept the whole day. you would have thought her parents died or something. She was in hysterics. I had never seen anything like it.

If they don't actually use any of Tupac's music, most of the audience might stay awake.

For the love of hip-hop, STOP going into the field! We can't risk losing any more rappers!

I thought my battalion commander might get a letter from Source or Vibe saying the same thing
