Subby is not inherently incorrect.... By stealing the other company's patents, it could be said that Blackberry is in the business of trolling for patents, hence patent troll.

Seriously, though, there's nothing here that smacks of "patent troll." Blackberry successfully defended patent infringement claims by NXP.
