The articles says it's a gang of 6-8 guys. You can tell it's San Francisco because it takes that many hippies to flip one of those.

Hell, if those things came with carry straps, I could wear them as a backpack.

Hoodies?  That's a shooting offense here on the other coast!

Maybe the people who drive them are so enthusiastic about minimizing their footprints that they are parking them like that to take up less space.

2014-04-07 02:02:36 PM
Why? Because it's hilarious, that's why.

Vandals are cowards.  If you want to prank someone, you pick up their Smart Car, and move it to a funny location.  Turn it around in the spot.  Put it on the sidewalk. Whatever.  There's no need to be a shiatstain and cost someone thousands of dollars, and weeks of their car sitting in the shop.

What ever happened to freedom of religion in this country.  Police going after people for practicing  their religion.

The really funny thing is that the guy they're interviewing who "saw the whole thing" is wearing a black hoodie.

Vandalism sucks - unless the guy was parked in such a way as to take up two spots, then it's righteous retribution.

Urban Cow-tipping?

Can;t be street art because this is San Francisco and if somebody wanted to turn Cars into an art piece they'd just get a big grant from BRAF and do it out in the NV desert:

Messing with the cars, sure I'm all for it.  But good lord, if they did that to my car (thankfully a full sized sedan) I'd be utterly screwed out of hundreds or even thousands of dollars, and that's assuming it was even repairable.  And it's not even a good car!

The vandals will be charged with battery.

This.

It's funny if you just move the thing somewhere awkward. It's a felony the way they're doing it.

Oh yeah. I love the anti-smoking sentiment here. Now I get to smell my neighbors' stupid habit
when they're smoking outside because they can no longer smoke in their own apartment.

.
a person who lacks the courage to do or endure dangerous or unpleasant things.

...such as getting your ass kicked/arrested for damaging someone's car.
