I believe I will have some macrobrews in honor of this holiday.

A related holiday is National Drink Beer Day, which I know many celebrate on a daily basis but the official date is September twenty-eighth.  I know this because that also happens to be my birthday.  Nothing like two built-in excuses to drink.

That kinda sucks if you ask me.  It's like having your birthday on December 25.

If this is the case, any suggestions as for observance, or should I just go with a glass of w00t stout?

Incidentally, today is my birthday. So, I cannot escape any logical way to NOT have a beer today. Which is only sorta.

I wanted scotch.

My solution: find a nice scotch ale...or if you really want it to taste like scotch, a scotch lager.  It's the best of both worlds. :)

/Happy Birthday
