Probably whales forking with us

2014-04-06 05:54:21 PM
So did they even bother looking for the signals until just hours before the expected end-of-service life for the batteries in the "black boxes"?

Well the survivors of that plane crash need to stop moving it around if they expect us to find them!

I'll wait for CNN to fact check it and run it through the Crashmotron 3000 ft. a Will.I.Am Hologram.

i was in fact almost convinced to believe "conspiracy" theories when I found out that 20 FreeScale Semiconductor Employees died on that flight, four of which were party to a patent claimed on March 11....

that's just shady enough to be true. Like any transnational gives a flying (pun intended) fark about people.

It's a sea monster that has learned how to lure would-be rescuers to their doom by making a "ping" noise.

i heard that theory too. Plausible, but not the most likely scenario. Either way, it is a windfall  for FreeScale.

IBM performed a mid-flight transfer of it's contractors. They're now working at an undisclosed location in New Mexico. Big Blue!

I only noticed two ships hearing something in TFA, not three.

Elsewhere, I saw the ten-foot pole which the Chinese ship is using. Yeah, I doubt that's working.

Somebody please catch me up - is there any information that they know is true, other than, "it's gone"?  What the hell is it doing west of Australia, if it was headed to Beijing?  Did I miss something about it turning around?

They've known for a long time that it turned around at some point, they just don't know WHY.   And until they find the plane, they won't.

Awesome!

We can now verify that it is NOT, in fact, anywhere near the airport. I even checked the overflow parking lot, just to be sure.

Next, we should check the area coffee shops....... just in case someone needed a pick-me-up.

I still say they should have given her an automatic..... none of this manual transmission crap. After all, she didn't have any hands after that little 'accident' with the Titanic.

Chicago Police were seeing slapping a tenth ticket on the plane this morning. It washed up off Lake Michigan two days ago.

Since the recorder overwrites every 30 minutes, that probably won't solve the mystery, either.  Unless there were some choice final words.

So I'm going to cut and paste the comment I recently posted to the thread about Sears shutting down everything:

Don't know about Leon, but we're a week away from the 28th anniversary of Stephen Stucker's death.

That's the minimum. Apparently the model used on a 777 records two hours, so it's probably not going to help anyway.

Yeah, it's highly unlikely it's the black box they're looking for. At any given moment, there are thousands of airliners crashing in the Indian Ocean.
