Okay, before anyone gets their knickers in a twist, I am following the theme. My Mom really loved the Queen.
As she really doesn't have a good picture to shop into the photo, I simply chose to use what she probably looks like today!  Love you Mom!

This is a PShop, actually. Found this photo about two years after Mom died, it was all wrinkled and torn, the emulsion was missing in several places. It's her in college, 1944. Funny to realize that she made the party circuit in her day. I scanned it and started to work. I'd work on it a while, get tired, and come back to it later. Never knew how much work went into restoring old photos. But it was worth it.

Miss ya, Mom.

PS - you were right about the Ex. You tried to warn me . . .

OldMan, yours was, by far, the most creative, imaginative, and evocative.

I'll vote on this, as it's the only one who doesn't display his mommy issues.

So, the source image for my mother says West Point, 1963 on the back.  I know she was in the Army during Vietnam... so I think this is what an 18 year-old girl in the Army looked like in 1963.  Kinda cool.
