Alphax: (reads link) Hmm, kinda. But I don't think Westeros has the kinds of leaders that combine church and state into one figurehead to worship.
Smoking GNU: Can we just have the Dragons and Nudity, plz?
MFAWG: Not familiar with the show, just the concept. How long would the typical hoverround riding GOPper last there? 7 or 8 minutes?
BMFPitt: Ted Cruz has dragons?
clambam: That would have been much more convincing and effective had the author simply omitted all the "Game of Thrones" nonsense and concentrated on listing Republican transgressions.
Jake Havechek: Well, the GOP does seem to like big swinging dicks.
Jake Havechek: Well, the GOP does seem to like big swinging dicks floppy weeners.
Tyrone Slothrop: All company meetings would include two hot women making out.
jso2897: So, where is our God of tits and wine?
jso2897: BMFPitt: Ted Cruz has dragons? Also, Republicans are supposed to be all about religion. So, where is our God of tits and wine?
pheed: I'm convinced the GOP want to see our society turn into one similar to Brazil or Mexico.
BMFPitt: clambam: That would have been much more convincing and effective had the author simply omitted all the "Game of Thrones" nonsense and concentrated on listing Republican transgressions.I disagree. That article would serve no purpose, would not be click bait, and would never have been greenlighted on Fark.
Somacandra: jso2897: So, where is our God of tits and wine?[simpsonswiki.com image 250x296]I'd settle for turning into a cow and picking up chicks.
m00: Wait I thought Walking Dead was the right-wing fantasy. Or was it Mad Men? Maybe it was The Wire?Damn, those conservatives sure make for a compelling universe!
houginator: Alphax: (reads link) Hmm, kinda. But I don't think Westeros has the kinds of leaders that combine church and state into one figurehead to worship.Clearly you have forgotten about the one true king of Westeros, Stannis Baratheon, who is also Azor Ahai reborn.
bobothemagnificent: I think the article put the wrong party in the article. From what I see its the democrats that want to establish a new aristocracy. They are, after all, much better suited to make decisions for everyone else.I know which party really supports a nanny state that controls what you do, say, and think. I stand corrected, its not a nanny state, its a vote for Orwell's 1984. Or the Soviet Union, or China, or Cuba. If they want it so badly, why don't they just move there and save us the trouble? They can write us about the glory of the people's revolution, where you can drive the peoples' truck using the peoples' gas, while standing in line to buy the peoples' bread and peoples' toilet paper. From each according to his ability to each according to his need, right? Oh, wait a minute, that doesn't apply for the party's elite. They can have armed guards, with gas guzzling limos living in giant mansions that require huge amounts of fossil fuels to power while having elaborate parties and saying, "let them eat cake!" while the rest of us suffer for their arrogance and supposed superiority. No thank you.
The Gentleman Caller: Republicans are Hodor. What that means is entirely up to you, dear reader!
Derwood: Too many different religions in Westeros
cchris_39: Republicans are alpha males
winterbraid: One of these days, I should get around to watching this show; it's getting ubiquitous in that annoying "only person who hasn't seen it is you" kind of way.
cchris_39: Republicans are alpha males who will kick your ass and fark your wife.
