Although the Alaska Brewing Co. Free Ride IPA is pretty good.

I don't care all that much for the Free Ride, but i am trying out their Icy Bay IPA tonight, which I hadn't seen previously.

Do you like the Pale Ales? they just ... well the hops in the ones I've had, overdone to say the least but then again my favs are stouts, dunkels, and negro so....

I do like hoppy beers in general, but also am a big fan of stouts, bocks, and negra modelo is one of my favorites.  my all-time favorite beer, if I had to choose one, would be Duvel, but it's so damned strong that it's not for every day.

I don't stick with any one type of beer, or music, or food, or anything, really, very long.  like to jump around and try different things.

I'm still at the wannabe beer snob level, but usually go for a nice amber, red, or brown with a good flavor to it.  Slowly branching out into IPAs, haven't sampled that many yet.

I do like lambics, but they're just too sweet.   I have had some unfruited lambics, where it's just the sour without the fruit added, and they are fan-damn-tastic.

soosh: feckingmorons: soosh: feckingmorons: soosh: I'll see what I can do about requests, but I'm in a bit of a my marriage is falling apart mood so I am not making promises.

I hope that passes soon and things get back to normal for you. I'll light a candle at St. Irv's in the morning (tomorrow all the statutes are covered in purple bags but I think they still have candles).

I appreciate the gesture, but I don't think it'll do much good.  We've hit a she's sick of my sh*t and I'm tired of convincing her to stay point that looks pretty fatal.

It can't hurt, even if she is sick of your shiat (and frankly if I still had a wife she would be sick of my shiat too) it keeps nuns in Nebraska employed candle making.

candle-lighting is seriously one of the most beautiful things about Catholicism.  If I had any faith, I'd probably be a Catholic.

Or a Unitarian.   But I find spiritualism in the woods and nature and the night sky, to be honest..

I hear you on the night sky thing. Among other things it's nice to go out and be reminded how small I really am, how the people I do know and care for are so much closer than I let myself think at times.

Only one I see is for a membership pledge.

Scroll down the thread a bit. I posted a direct link to the KRNN web stream.

Thank you :) I was too busy obsessing over this puzzle for a minute there.
