tjsands1118: I remember a Kitchen Nightmares were the restaurant had a strawberry and shrimp salad or something, and Ramsey made a smoothie out of it and had the chefs take it, they all thought it was disgusting.But I could possible see chocolate being the great balance maker, as we chocolate goes well with strawberry, then the shrimp flavor offers a salty/savoriness that could possible enhance it. I'm not completely sold, I just think there is a possibility that it's not terrible.But even if it is, if I've learned one thing in my five plus years in the restaurant biz, it's there are idiots with no palette that will eat and enjoy anything./other day I had a person order a tuna roll with avocado, cream cheese, mayo, and she wanted it deep fried.//way back when I worked at Subway, we use to get a guy who would order a meatball with alternating scoops of the seafood salad.
