This. I am not allowed to perform a marriage if any of the signatories (either spouse, either witness) is under the weather. They're signing a contract, so they need to be sober. I could have my license to perform weddings revoked if I allowed a drunk to sign and it somehow (long shot, I know.. ) came out in a court of law situation.

/hate doing weddings anyway.
