Out of curiosity I checked google maps, and there is a little town just north of the volcano called "Banos" and one to the west called "Guano".

meh... I took far better video of Mt. Pinatubo in 91. And that roaring noise at the end was the wind from driving, not the volcano. You don't hear it which makes them all the more scary.
