Every job I've ever had involved getting up at some insanely early hour...and I love it, although sometimes I'd love it more if my 4:30am destination was a golf course and not a desk. 

It's nice having the lunch hour mark the end of my workday. The only drawback is the people who call and don't understand that 2pm or so is when I'm taking a nap so I have enough energy to deal with my kids when they come home from school.

or- and i'm going out on a limb here- you could just eat a healthy balanced diet with the appropriate caloric intake and exercise a bit here and there to stay slim. or get up at 5am to look at the sun for 10 minutes regardless of whether thats really feasible with your work schedule. either or i guess

in the winter thats about when the light starts. i'm still mentally stuck in winter because its still freaking cold
