Doesn't that suggest LESS needles laying around?

Have a friend who used to work for the city cleaning/mowing vacant lots in the summer. Came across a lot of needles and many other horrible things.
One of his coworkers once discovered a body. *shudder*

After awhile, the media gets bored with the same spring story every year.  It was someone else's turn.

All the parking lots sure look nasty right now.  I'm looking forward to the rain.
