My first ever freelance gig, right out of college, was making a video production for the K9 unit in Cleveland.   It sometimes helps to make friends with cops.  and stuff i learned from these guys, i transposed to my own dog ownership with great success.  I'll always respect that facet of the PD, and they're training methods.
