Worker said the risk of transmission was low as the disease...is transmitted ...between humans by direct contact with... sweat, or by sexual contact ...

Hopefully for those on the flight near the person the aircraft cabin temperature was proper at all times, the patient isn't a nervous flyer and wasn't wearing a tank top and gym shorts.

My mother loves Twilight. As a person who is in the first stages of dementia, its understandable. As one of her caretakers, I have seen the movies dozens of times.

You know that part in the last one where the bad vampire guy just says "finally" with arms outstretched and is ripped apart?

That.

If you're going to enjoy a surprise infection you *want* something that burns out in a hurry...

It's the one's that hang around and raise kids you should be terrified of... They won't be shifted and their kids will laugh off anything that made mom and dad shuffle of this mortal coil.

So, what you are hoping is that they did not fly Air Canada.

Those would have to be some serious shiats to be confused for Ebola.

I am not saying you have to wear a coat and tie, but at least wear covered toed shoes and something other than pajama pants and have your binkie wrapped around you.

Last time I flew into Bogota that had four Canucketts on the plan in shorts, sandals and halters, and they complained the entire time the plan was too cold, and then complained the whole time about Bogota being too cold.   I guess they didnt realize all the Colombians on the plan with coats, scarfs, and that little fact the town is at the top of the Andes, might lead to it being cold and rainy.

Not as much as you might think, Ebola has a lot of flu-like symptoms.  Not everyone bleeds profusely out of all their orifices.
