I don't find it funny the same way you do. Yes, of course Russia would be fine with that, as it would mean recognising Crimea being a part of Russia.

Try to think some real politic man.

/would still be funny, poor Ukraine.

Btw. I have another out for Russia. They could promise to not mess with the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, in exchange for sanctions being lifted. Peace in our time and all that.

They don't want that shiathole anyway, no matter how often they have attempted for the last 23 years.

Alaskans are like Texans on welfare. Good luck with independence, arseholes, once you stop getting $1.87 of federal bennies for every dollar of federal taxes you pay. BTW, we're keeping all the federal land.

Isn't particularly surprising.

We (Latvia) discussed (jokingly, of course. Mostly jokingly...) at one time if we could declare war on Sweden and immediately surrender, thus becoming Sweden's newly captured territory.

Sweden wasn't amused. :(

EU:           Who are the Britons?

Arthur:      We are all Britons, and I am your King!

Putin:        Well I didn't vote for 'im.

Wales:      How'd you become King, then?

Arthur:      The Uncle of the Lake, his arms clad in the purest shimmering 'Sam'ite held aloft LendLease
from the bossom of the water, signifying by devine providence that I, Arthur, was to
carry LendLease.  THAT IS WHY I AM YOUR KING.

Someone needs to do a whole world-wide survey, and take polls in every town, city, district, state, region, country, etc, and see what the world would look like if everyone could vote, right now, to join another country, or state.

I myself shall go to the Bahamas to do the polling there. But I need backers. Back me, £100 each, first 1,000 backers get to go to warm cities to poll.

Hey, if Russia can try to get it's empire back, so can the Queen.

In a fight I'd be more afraid of her.

www.thejanedough.com  vs.  a.fod4.com

Seriously, a Bond villain vs. an unassuming little old lady who happens to be able to fire a machine gun? Putin has all his man-cards on the table. The Queen is hiding her badassery, and that makes her more deadly.
