Well it is unlikely. Given the thousands upon thousands of people that testify every day a very low number of them are killed.

This is the kind of dumb statement I'd expect out of a transactional prosecutor. But a trial prosecutor? Definitely should know better.

How many of those thousands upon thousands of cases are suspects who are willing to double down by murdering a witness to him raping another man, then getting the lucky golden ticket of no one placing him at the scene?
