That applies fairly equally to all 24 hours news channels.  When you run out of things to talk about, you have to just make stuff up.

You would think at this point, Ted Turner would ride in from Montana and pistol whip every CNN producer he has.

And their solution to return to respectability was to hire the schmuck that ran NBC into the ground.

Yes it is, you twit.

Mary Schiavo, a former Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Transportation, said, "A small black hole would suck in our entire universe, so we know it's not that."

Don't you have the science channel, Mary?  No it farking wouldn't.  There are many blackholes throughout our galaxy and a popular theory now is that there is a super blackhole at the heart of our galaxy and probably others.  All of you, just, no.

Cnn is must be desperate for rating i used to listen to them in my car to avoid the insanity of the other news station but this flight it worse then the Zimmerman trial, why like any other story can they no up date when they actually have information, asking about a black hole makes about as much sense as rehashing every other theory they are overkilling

Don Lemon also brought this amazing story

Holy shiat, guys!  I was just JOKING when I suggested that in one of these many, many missing airplane threads.

As a random thought if Don Lemon opened a gay bar would "Don Lemons Black Hole" be appropriate?

Don Lemon is the dumber, gayer version of Tom from the Boondocks.

Is it preposterous to think that anyone so stupid as to entertain such a thought be forcibly sterilized for the good of the species?

Yes. Yes it is.

This just reinforces my belief that CNN is free from zombies (in spite of appearances), as a zombie would starve to death there for lack of braaaains to eat.

These days watching CNN is equivalent to standing in the checkout line and idly reading the headlines.

I give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she wanted to say world or solar system or something like that and the wrong word slipped out. Importantly, she realized it wasn't a question worth considering.

i saw a little bit of Anderson Cooper's show last night and the 10 mins i had it on, the ONLY thing they had on was missing airplane coverage. Except they were talking about it in those rushed tones usually reserved for breaking news. It was farking surreal.

The bolded part gives me a sad. Also havent they fairly conclusively proven that second bit? I mean its a little more than a "popular theory." String theory is a popular theory.
