Not nly was that thing not Noah's Ark (because THE ARK IS A FARKIN' MYTH), the alleged flood "took place" about 4300 years ago.

Derp trifecta.

Came here to say this. Not all of the bible happened 2,000 years ago. That sentence is also accurate if you remove the last three words.

It's all a big misunderstanding. It was about basketball and he meant "Noah's Arc".

The Japhetic Jaguars were playing the Hamitic Hurricanes when old grandpa Noah wanted to get in the game. You can't say no to the patriarch, so they let him in. Everybody laughed until he launched a 3/4 court game-winning lob from the opposite foul line, at the buzzer. After that, they referred to it as "Noah's Arc". A mention of it was recently discovered in Roman-era writings, hence the 2000 year reference.

i remember during the 2004 campaign, a NY Times reporter - a woman whom i can't remember - asked john kerry if "god was on our side." of course he gave a long-winded dissembling answer. but what he should have said was, "are you farking kidding me? how can you call yourself a reporter and ask such an asinine question as that?"

Remember the woman in OK last year who's home was devastated by the tornado got asked by Wolf Blitzer if she wanted to thank The Lord that she was still alive, and she replied that she was Atheist?

didn't they find the Noah's ark wrapped in the shroud of Turin while excavating Camelot?

No one has found Noah's ark, but they have found evidence of gravity waves in the cosmic microwave background. That God; he's such a jokester!

2014-03-19 03:23:01 PM
Let's just pretend that the flood did happen, the ark was real, and that it was "found" in the last 50 years or so.

Nobody was looking for the ark for the 1st 1900 (sic) years.  I'm sure if King Solomon had gone looking for the ark it would have been found a lot sooner than the late 1900s.

Well I'm sure that's a comfort to the 200-odd likely-dead people and their loved ones. Stay classy FoxNews.

I mean, I could believe a functioning underwater hyper-libertarian city before I believe the story about the Ark.

Noah's Ark = Ancient fable told in numerous versions for thousands of years

Flight 370 = Real thing

Other than that, it's a spot-on comparison.

The flood "happened" about 4000 years ago....

Did they know where it was for a few millenia and then just lose track of it and then just finally rediscovered where it way?
