Hmmm, that can't be good.

Maybe the wave came from Tyson leaving the Titan sea in his imagination ship?

Biatchin' indeed. Twisted place; it rains something we use as fuel and much of the solid ground is actually water ice.
Cassini/Huygens was all over the news about 10 years ago. We'll assume you spent that year drunk.

Some of the scenes in that show are just... disturbing.  Those smiling faces and dead eyes.

As a fan of the author you misspelled and of the book title you couldn't remember the name of (and then disregarded) I read this post and got irrationally mad at the internet for a second.

/Sirens of Titan isn't good or bad.  It's great.
//GREAT.

I read it when I was really young, maybe 20 years ago and since I can't remember shiate, it must have been great for me to even be able to recall it at all.

If it has waves then it has areas that get wet and 'dry' repeatedly. Supposedly one of the factors that lead to evolution on Earth. Wouldn't surprise me to find microbes living there.

Nah, I just honestly don't pay that much attention to space news really. Pointless, and all that.  I mean, it's cool that Titan has seas and rain...  but who really cares?  We aren't going there any time soon.  It's not like life was discovered there and is asking us for old episodes of I Love Lucy.

Lumbar Puncture is right, you know. The Sirens of Titan is GREAT. I reread it every four or five years, and I am always blown away. Mind-bogglingly brilliant. Reread it, you'll be glad you did.
