C18H27NO3: Did it work?
doyner: "We've seen something like this before," he said. "It is an unfortunate accident and somehow her car wasn't in gear."Not in gear (presume it's a stick shift) and no parking brake. Uuuum, was the "DUMBASS" tag in the ICU or something?
Barnacles!: "SO close........"[i98.photobucket.com image 631x300]
JSTACAT: if you need to move a car you can't quite push, grab one of the wheels with both hands & turn it hard.if the wheel is 2ft in dia [most are larger & you apply 200-300 lbs of turning force along the outside of tire, you are generating enough torque to move the car smartly,200lbs 1 ft from center = 200ft lbs torque.you can stop a slowly rolling car that way too.fat people can just lay down ...
kitsuneymg: LordOfThePings: "I said make sure my daughter's got out of the car safely."You want me to make sure the "got out of the car safely" belonging to your daughter does what? C'mon, this is an emergency! You haven't noticed people using contractions for "X has"? I know it ain't what they taught in school, but perhaps ya should learn yourself about dialects and that there vernacular.
calbert: "I don't consider myself a hero," she said.it's unanimous!I was thinking more along the lines of "dipsh*t" or "f*cktard"
