Complete with useful picture of what a box spring might look like.

OMG I REMEMBER THIS GAME SO HARD!

umm.. yeah.. the box spring had nothing to do with it, except being placed on it after being caught.

helling the getting caught barely had anything to do with it and it was the

"got snared briefly in a cable or telephone line,  "

that saved the kid.

This is clearly God's doing. He chucked that little brat out the window.

Knew I wouldn't beat the "fine parenting" comment, but maybe that's what the parents were hoping for, minus the bystanders and box spring.

"Honey, I really don't want that kid anymore."
"Just open the window and put some toys around it."
"Brilliant!"

The best part is, the kid probably enjoyed it so much that he's going to try it all over again as soon as possible.

Yeah, but they'll regret carrying that sheet of plate glass around once the car chase starts.

The 3-year-old got checked out at a local hospital and is fine, much to the relief of his grateful dangerously negligent parents.

Considering the article said the kid was throwing toys out a window without parental interference I think your prediction has a very high chance of becoming reality.

Cue the parents wailing "Oh, why didn't the landlord have window guards to protect my baby?"

Saw this a few days ago on another site:

Q:  What's the difference between a 4 year old baby and a kilo of cocaine?

A:  Eric Clapton would never let a kilo of cocaine fall out of a third story window.

Here's a version with video, sort of.

You see a baby crawling out of a 3rd floor window. Do you A) scream for help, B) grab a mattress and place it where the baby will fall, or C) grab your iPhone and record a vertical video? Well, luckily for the kid, you were not there

Still not the video anyone wants though, sorry

Now in development for a major motion picture with Tom Hanks, Helen Hunt, George Kennedy and Vern Troyer.

I bet the kid didn't even thank them. Again.

That's why I always carry around these two sacks. That way, if anybody says, "Hey, can you catch that falling toddler?" I can say, "Sorry, got these sacks."
