I wonder what all these people are thinking makes up themselves if it's not a body? The brain is an organ and the "mind" is a function of the brain.

If you could put your "mind" in a computer, would it even be your mind? Are they planning on simulating all the functions that drive mental states, from subtle processes within the brain to basic urges like hunger and lust? Cause without those things, you stop being you, or human at all, pretty quickly.
