The Russian forces might have to stand their ground; really, they don't have a choice in the matter, and I believe the Ukrainians might be weilding concrete sidewalks with the bottoms of their feet.

"Kosovo biatches"

Drops mic.

Putin out.

He may be thinking this but there's a big difference here; the Serbians were actually killing Kosovars. They began attacking people living in that region which they saw as ethnic enemies, they carried out atrocities against them, Kosovar militias rose up in response, and by the time NATO intervened it was a battle between two established and separate polities each fielding its own organized military. What Russia is doing is claiming that riots which they have instigated, by playing upon inter-communal rivalries which they have long cultivated through support for pro-Russian, right-wing paramilitary groups and political parties, give them the right to invade a neighboring country which they have, since Putin took office, insisted "should" belong to Russia.

So the Kosovo-Serbia, Ukraine-Crimea/Eastern Ukraine parallels are superficial, at best.

You're going to blame Russia for all of this?
What about the Americans sending McCain & Graham to Kiev to rallies in support of the anti Russian protestors? What about NATO right away forming a new government without any dialogue of the people? What about NATO trying to box Russia in? If my enemy is NATO I sure as hell will not allow a NATO state to border my country or allow it to station missiles with them directed at me. When USSR tried that with Cuba it was almost WW3. And USA is still punishing Cuba for it. Are you telling me Russia cannot punish Ukraine for trying the same thing? You know as well as I do that if NATO gets a foothold in Ukraine they'll station thousands of troops on the Russian border and there will probably be nukes.
So yeah you can screw off with the whole anti Russian shiat.
This whole thing started because NATO was going to box Russia in.

Putin is a cop choking the life out of Ukraine while yelling "stop resisting" for the witnesses to hear.
