It looks as if the coyotes got to the poor mule, too.  Among other scavengers I'm sure.  Fark whoever did that.

I suspect some asshole stole the mule, then just left it tied to a tree in the middle of a field somewhere, and coyotes came by and eviscerated the helpless thing. Poor mule.
