I have a bag that makes something that looks similar to poutine....

I'd like UHTP milk in pint pounches. I could get a box of pouches, use the one or two a week I have a desire for. As it is, there's a half full quart in my fridge that needs disposing.

And in Dallas I can get Chinese, Korean, Ethiopian, and Indian food made by and for those peoples, but no poutine. Also, no good fish and chips.

Does Dallas have a large Ethiopian population? I'm thinking those ethnicities make the most of their money from normal white folk.

Disco fries, in the northeast tri-state area. Also mozzarella cheese.

My Chinese and Korean restaurants cater to their ethnicities, my small group being the white folk in the place. As for the Ethiopian place, no idea. The Indian places are more mixed.

Uncredibly, there is no authentic Italian in my experience. It's all americanized, even Nick's, and he's Italian. Alas, he learned running a restaurant in New Jersey.

As for the ethnicities getting their money from white folk, well, yeah. White folk have the money.

That's because Americans don't recognize Canadians as a seperate people.

The bags suck, especially when they fall over while you're pouring and you get way more milk in way more places than you intended.

I first tried poutine when I was in Montreal, attending the Just For Laughs festival. Wasn't expecting much. Certainly wasn't expecting to declare it was the greatest foodstuff I had ever tasted. But it was.

I'm on board with that, but make it 1/2 liters. I was promised an imperial unit free America when I was in grade school 4 decades ago.
Today I still have to remember that 1mm = .03937007874016" (and yes I know that 1mm = 1/25.4", but my CNC software doesn't like fractions).

Around here, the pints cost 3/4 as much as the 1/2 gallons do. It would be nice if they fixed that too regardless of container.

If you are unable to poor, sure they may be an issue. My issues are that that big ass jug takes up too much prime fridge real estate and it doesn't keep as long.

Don't take the brown acid maple syrup. There is a bad batch of brown acid maple syrup going around, and we advise you not to take it.

It's the problem of the non-milk unit costs. Figure it costs a certain amount to bottle, shelve and sell any unit of milk. That's why I'd like a carton of UHTP milk pouches, make the shelving and selling costs for a six pack of milk the same as a gallon and the price per unit comes closer to parity, although any economist will remind you that you pay for convenience. The electricity in my wall might use cheap, but I still use a lot of non-rechargeable batteries for their convenience.
