As the suspects were removed from the vehicle, deputies say a spent shell casing from a small caliber revolver was found between the windshield and dashboard.

Huh?

I've never even seen a small calibre revolver, though I'm sure they exist.

Still going to assume bad guessing in assuming a revolver based on small calibre shell casings, whatever the fark that means,as it is quite possibly among the most suboptimal concealable weapons for a driveby. Otherwise, the stupidity of criminals in choosing their tools truly knows no bounds.

He might have tossed it there earlier. It may have nothing to do with the crime or the night in question.
Or it could be poor reporting. I'm surprised they didn't identify the cartridge as being from a submachine gun. A black one.

It was an automatic silenced revolver, with a 15 round clip.

I feel like a part of me died, just picturing this. The only one on that list I can think of managing is silenced, thanks to the Nagant revolver.

Rob Liefield probably drew it, if you need help.

I thought of that when going for the extreme, but figured it was obscure enough. Nothing is obscure on Fark.

sharpies==mexican or equivalent. Don't be fooled by pallidity. A thug is a thug you see.

So, this is the new Hispanic Gangsta look? A stupid tattoo, anemic moustache with something close to a soul patch and -- (I had to look closely to make sure) sculpted eyebrows?

The chick doesn't fit the usual stereotype -- though her sharpie applied eyebrows kinda give her away.

We need to stop locking up thousands over some stupid minor drug offense and start throwing these 'model' citizens behind bars.

I own a small caliber revolver. .22 long rifle. I used to own a .22 short -- meaning if you shot someone with the latter, from anything over 10 feet, they could use tweezers to pick the slug out of their skin. I used to aim it at the ground just to watch the bullet bounce off the dirt.

The .22 LR revolver is a pretty good weapon. Mine is solidly built and has a good feel to it. No slop in the cylinder.

Though, I've never came across any revolver that self ejects the spent shells.

Maybe he took time to reload, or as mentioned before, from another time altogether.

FTFA: Anthony Rivera, 21, is charged with attempted second degree murder and Alexandra Clubb, 23, is charged with principle to attempted second degree murder.

Hernando County deputies say Clubb and the woman she shot at have children by the same man. ...
Rivera reportedly raised a firearm and pointed it at the family.  Deputies say three or four gunshots were fired.

So who is supposed to have fired the gun? Her, him or both of them?

Just like the chick who was "defending herself" by firing a warning shot at her ex and his kids. These were only warning shots.

You go to a drive by with the weapon you have, not the weapon you want or wish to have at a later time.

So she noticed a car cruising by the house in a slow and suspicious manner which worried her, so she calls the family outside to look more closely at it?

That's slasher flick logic right there.
