That's a nice little intimate place to see music.  They also have bocce.  The booze doesn't hurt either.

That must have blown her mind.

Big In Iowa is from Hamilton OH. Nobody there has heard of them, but they're huge in Germany

Umm just making a passing comment that I'm pretty sure, we as a community, watched and commented on this last year. Not a criticism of your musical tastes. Just a passing farking comment.

However thanks for being a total dick.

What on earth was that??? There is some talent there but that song is all over the place. Confusion is not the same as creativity.

I farking hate that. I at a concert to hear the singer sing. Not a bunch of drunk idiots screaming the lyrics. Shut your farking pie hole.

Sweet moment.

Yeah, that song was all over 89.3 in Minneapolis last year, so it's not surprising that the audience knew the chorus.  For whatever reason, the lead singer seems to be unaware of her own record's promotion, but whatever... I'm refusing to apply hipster cynicism to the band's moment.  Nice video.

There's a thing called the internet.  You can find all kinds of good music on there that no one has ever heard of.  Little Numbers has 3.9 listens on Spotify so someone has heard of it.

If their others are anywhere near as good they're going to be famous in short order.

This video was their first US performance and was pretty much a year ago last week so this may have preceded the radio airtime. I'd be surprised if I were a little swedish/german duo coming to America for the first time and having a small venue's crowd singing the words to my song

Of course there is some douchefark in front with a wool hat on indoors.

Why couldn't this video have ended like a Great Whites concert?

This reminds me of how much it bugs me when I pay to see bands and the singer holds up the mic for the crowd to sing or some such shiat. Hey motherfarker, I'm paying good money to hear you sing the farking song, not all these chumps around me.

Yeah yeah this is different.

Maybe you could have them play at your venue and include in the terms that no audience participation is allowed; no moving the mic; no hats; no fun etc.

She gets emotional that a song written and sung in english is sung back by people who speak english?

Am I missing something?

Talk to me when she speaks Swedish, writes a song in English and has it sung back by people who speak Japanese.

I wonder if that ever happened with Sigur Ros back when people listened to them?
