It's not a bug, it's a feature.

You call that a gusher, my office is at 41st and Lex in NYC. The water main break a couple of years ago was an explosion. Broke windows 35 stories up, blew out windows on three of my buildings floors with sh*t going everywhere.

I was pretty jumping because of 9/11

I can't because I lost a  very good friend of 17 years in one of the towers. He was in a meeting for Cantor Fitzgerald

No, he means that the sentence didn't make sense.  You meant "Jumpy", right?

At least the building's occupied.  CSB time:  There's a hospital near where my dad grew up that got shut down by the state, but they left the building standing.  Someone forgot to shut the water off, though, and one winter the main burst at the back of the building, where you couldn't see it from the street.  Luckily, someone in the state government decided to ask why they were paying a 20,000 gallon/day water bill for an abandoned building.  Unluckily, they only asked that three or four years after the line burst.

Sorry to hear, man. I should've guessed "jumpy" - it just sounded like an accidental choice of words in the context of multi-story buildings and 9/11.

I like it. They should leave it that way.
