Caffeine is legal because it lets people work harder for the owner class.  Cannabis is illegal because it makes being poor bearable.

For some odd reason, coffee sometimes makes me feel very bad.  For years daily coffee was fine.  Sometimes I have to lay off now and have no caffeine or risk feeling like total crap.  I've noticed that once the initial dependence wears off I'm a much happier person without it.  With caffeine, I'm grumpy when I'm tired.  Without caffeine, I can be tired and still be a happy person.

The thing is, after years of daily coffee, you feel the same as you do when your body isn't expecting it.  It takes a good long while for your body to get back to normal.  Try a month without caffeine.  By the end of the month, you'll be totally normal and feel the same as if you'd been having caffeine the whole time.  But, if you do then splurge on a nice big sugary coffee, you'll feel like you're on superspeed...and that's how you get hooked again.

In other news............Caffeine is not a drug and is not addictive and is completely harmless...............unless you have emotional or physical "problems"

see, its not the drug that is the cause, its YOU!    ta da!!
