This is like the least bad thing he's done.

Still beating a dude in handcuffs, that's pretty low. But I can only assume they had some history between them. I imagine life ain't easy for old Murderin' Aaron on the inside, what with being famous and all, he probably catches a fair amount of shiat from the other inmates. Shank or be shanked so to speak. Though he can make sangria in the turlet.

Of course, might need to investigate how it just so happened Murderin' Aaron has access to the guy while he was chained up. That seems like a breach in protocol.

Not that anyone knows anything, but the "victim" was like that lady in Airplane! having the anxiety attack.  A line of people wanted to beat him down, including the guards.  The breach in protocol may not have been an accident, but rather an "accident"

Or possibly an "accident" facilitated by a generous donation by Aaron to some guard's retirement fund. I could see either.

IIRC, Murderin' Aaron has not been a model inmate. I believe there was an article on Fark (besides this one, duh) about another jailhouse beating he participated in.

I will use my Google-fu and try to find it.

/didn't know Murderin' Aaron had so much ink

That's a terrible nickname. How about Homicide Hernandez?

That is actually better. The only problem with it is it really denies Hernadez the infamy associated with his probable multiple homicides by making it appear he only committed one.

I suggest HomicideS Hernadez.

How about we verb it? Homiciding Hernandez. Or better yet, lets drop the "g". Homicidin' Hernandez. That kind of makes it sound like he's still active in the homicide game.

Does the prison get charged with accessory since they pretty much allowed Hernandez and the other inmate to be alone in a room together while the guy was handcuffed. Gee, I wonder what they expected would happen?

/though guy shouldn't have been running his mouth

FTFA The pair had been exchanging taunts in the days leading up to the incident.

It's like the Jets trolling the Pats a week before a game.  You know the beatdown is coming, you're just making it worse for yourself
