FTA: "...payed him back."

PAYED?

When I was a sophomore high school journalism student oh-so-many years ago, I wrote, "...payed..." and the editor, a senior, threw my screed back at me with the word circled in red and demanded to know who my English teacher was. I said to him, "Mrs. Williams," and he concluded, "That figures."

I now will never misspell "paid", that's for sure.

I think more dogs eat people ( esp their faces and toes ) than cats

but I think Fark, nay the internet, does need a designated day for dogs

You are most certainly wrong, sir. Your dog will faithfully stand by your corpse for months, guarding it from anything. Even to the detriment of its own health!

Your cat though, has already taken your eyeballs 15 minutes after you stop breathing.

I've not heard any non-abused/non-domesticated dogs ever eating someone's face, and the only stories I can remember of dogs eating toes usually involve the person being severe diabetics or similar where they would have needed their toes amputated to avoid life-threatening necrosis anyway.

On the flip side, I think I've only ever seen one article about a person's corpse being eaten by cats.

My golden would have bolted into the woods with his empty brain case. My yellow lab, however, would have started the snowmobile and driven into town for help. After gathering a rescue party, he would bring the smolder for a few of the ladies as they watched the rescue party leave for the crash site.

These sound like essential items, thank you for the information! I could use some hints, I die constantly and laugh heartily.

Oh, you're welcome. When she has her free time on the laptop she spends it researching MC videos. The chicken bomb is especially funny because they drop, hit the ground, scatter and then act like chickens. She selects a sword and dispatches them to clean up the mess.

The pig gun is simple. Create a tall box with a tube in the center, preload with a bunch of pigs, then move to the bottom and open one of the blocks. They shoot out all over the place and then she dispatches them with the sword as well. Can't have too many pigs, you know? :)

I had two real chickens as pets when I was growing up. They had breakfast with us, sat on the bed frame to wake you up and generally had a good time playing outside with me. They loved rolled oats and would skitter across the floor to get it.

My daughter is a fan of the game as well, I will have to mention these to her. I'm sure she's seen the video's though.

There is one, sort of - it's called "Cursday"  It just needs to gather the following of Caturday and all will be right on the FARK.

I don't agree with the dogs eating people etc. if that were the case I am sure they would not be nearly as popular pets as they are.

That said - FTA:  ...and feared for his eyes as a raven began to examine him-until Amber ran the bird off. I guess the dog would rather eat a raven.

Yes, I'm sure the dog was doing it as a selfless act to keep the guy warm, not because the dog wanted to stay warm.

Right, I took it as a dog eating a living person's face... like the toe eating thing is usually of living people.

In retrospect that was kind of a stupid assumption on my part, though. I am aware that pets and other animals will eat human corpses.

I wanted to cuddle with my fish. It was cold outside. I was wrapped up on the couch with a blanket and some hot chocolate. I thought it would be nice to have Fin-lee in my lap so I could pet him awhile. I guess technically I got what I wanted out of my pet, but I sure won't get it twice. Poor little guy.

How does a 15 month old Golden end up in the pound? That's the most fascinating part of the story.
