AbiNormal: Nope. Not gonna read that dumbass blog.
LiquidSky: Huh, that's timely ... my next door neighbour found a juvenile brown snake in her house this morning. We're in Perth, WA, so probably a dugite. She was wondering why the dog was acting a bit strange and wouldn't come into the bedroom. She coaxed him in, and watched him dart along the left wall, clearly avoiding the right half of the room. Turned around and there was the snake. The lady in question a clichéd tough-as-nails old country housewife, so she killed it with a shovel.Technically they're a protected species ($5k fine for killing one), and there'd be a bit an outcry if someone was hunting them out in the bush, but general feeling is that their rights end at your doorway ... if they're in your house, it's valid self-defence.What's disturbing is that we're in the middle of suburbia. To get from the closest bush area into her house, the snake had to go through a primary school and at least two other back yards.
crotchgrabber: If you're reading this, dear blogger, if you write a cuss word, we can read the cuss word, even if you use a "Y" instead of an "I". That's just annoying.
ol' gormsby: This one tried to strangle my forearm:[img.fark.net image 571x439]But I let it go after a stern warning.
