Amusingly, the Florida State of the State address was supposed to have already started, but nobody seems to know where the Guv is at this moment.  I'd guess he's putting the final touches on his green Kryptonite golems that he will use to wreak havoc in the Senate Chamber and render Superman helpless should he attempt to intervene.

FTFA: The 60-day session that will likely focus on tax cuts, spending and school vouchers, but avoid many of the contentious issues that sparked partisan rancor and fierce debate in the last few years.

And that's terrible.

Goddammit, overhaul the state pension plan, again?  They changed it once already.  I'm fairly certain whatever they want to overhaul is no good for the workers.

Also Governor Voldemort. Governor Luthor is just as valid, if a different *kind* of evil.

I couldn't do it.  Reminds me too much of Governor Skeletor.  Just like why I could never date Ron Livingston (not that he asked) - he looks too much like someone else I know.

It cracks me up that they made that canon.

That jackass is nowhere near smart enough to be Luthor.

More like 'Weekly World News's 'Batboy'.

The guy is pretty frightening.  Known fact.  As far as his "evil mastermind" cred, he has frightened a whole lot of white people of various means into supporting him.  Mouth-breathing knuckle-draggers as well as the fat cats.

"Fake-tan Charlie" aka "Chain-gang Charlie" is attempting a reboot, as his adversary.  Almost like a Marvel mag vs DC Comics showdown.

/no, I did not say whom was which

Maybe he's from the universe of the 1988-1992 Superboy TV series which had Clark Kent going to college in Florida (where the series was filmed).
