Far be it from anyone to actually keep it real for once and just state that she sits there and spasmodically flails her arms while  HER FULLY-FUNCTIONAL SISTER dances. You know... Because that's what actually happens. Instead, we have to pretend that this oh-so-brave miracle child is doing triple-axels in her wheelchair and blowing everyone away with her explosively super-human acrobatic routines.

This kind of patronizing, feel-good, rectum-stretching crap needs to stop getting produced. People who are honestly interested in reading drivel like this should be repeatedly gang-raped by lepers then executed.
