Yeeaaah... She "dances". In her motorized chair. Suuuuure...

Far be it from anyone to actually keep it real for once and just state that she sits there and spasmodically flails her arms while  HER FULLY-FUNCTIONAL SISTER dances. You know... Because that's what actually happens. Instead, we have to pretend that this oh-so-brave miracle child is doing triple-axels in her wheelchair and blowing everyone away with her explosively super-human acrobatic routines.

This kind of patronizing, feel-good, rectum-stretching crap needs to stop getting produced. People who are honestly interested in reading drivel like this should be repeatedly gang-raped by lepers then executed.

Point taken, but operating the controls of her motorized wheelchair does require fine motor skills. It looks like she still has full control of her arms, which not everybody with cerebral palsy has.

Oh, you figured it out though.  I scrolled to the video, and she kind of flops her arms around while her sister executes graceful dance movements.

I'm not OK with this.  It's basically saying, "Well, you're disabled, so it's OK if this isn't that good."  I'd be more impressed by some form of art where the disabled person shines *despite* the disability.  Manages to make amazing paintings, for example.  This....it was just a depressing mockery that reminds you, throughout, that the kid is disabled.

What is really sad is how many places in Britain she will not get to because historic preservation does not allow changes.

There are many different types and degrees of cerebral palsy.  She more than likely has Diplegia which usually only affects the two limbs, and usually the legs.  My son has spastic quadriplegia CP.
